Access is blocked at the network edge using IP geolocation. Attempting to bypass these restrictions (VPN, proxy, falsified location) is a material breach of these Terms.
Before processing any Pro subscription payment, CryptoVault screens the paying wallet address against:
Payments from listed addresses are rejected and the paying wallet is emailed a notice. No personally identifying information is submitted to third-party screening services -- we query only the public on-chain address.
The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
CryptoVault is not liable for losses from lost keys, smart contract bugs, network failures, price volatility, or incorrect transaction parameters.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where CryptoVault operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice shall be finally settled by binding arbitration. You waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, to the extent permitted by law.
CryptoVault is not liable for failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including blockchain outages, regulatory action, RPC provider downtime, internet routing failures, or natural disasters.
